I was born and raised in Castlemaine and I live in Fryerstown with my family. Among other things, I have been a governess, a home care attendant, a bacon taster, and administrator of Psychologists for Peace. My pronouns are she / her.
I work mainly in the Castlemaine / Daylesford / Bendigo / Ballarat / Macedon Ranges areas but I’m happy to go further afield.
I was appointed as an authorised marriage celebrant by the Attorney-General’s Department in 2009. I am a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants, am professionally trained, and complete annual professional development.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts and a Cert IV in Professional Writing & Editing, and on a very part-time basis I am studying for a Bachelor of Geoscience. When I’m not writing or performing a ceremony, you might find me tracking dinosaurs in the Otways, and you can also see me on ABC Hard Quiz season 11 episode 1, talking nonsense about my trivia speciality (not dinosaurs or weddings)!
